Nüren Terms of Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Direct-to-Consumer: We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

  • Wholesale: Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS once your order leaves our facility.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of our products (sanitary pads and supplements), we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered packaging.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at adam@nuren.co.za within 48 hours of receipt with a photo for a full replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: Unopened products can be returned within 7 days at the customer's shipping expense for a store credit.

3. Wholesale & Retail (B2B)

  • MOQ: Our standard opening order for capsules is 24 units and 48 packs per SKU for pads.

  • Pricing: Retailers must adhere to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) to maintain brand integrity across all channels.

  • Payment: First-time wholesale orders are strictly 50% deposit / 50% on delivery unless a 30-day account has been pre-approved.

4. Privacy & Data

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment and brand updates. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Product Disclaimer

  • Nüren supplements are designed for nutritional support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement routine.
